Shipping policy

All non-personalized orders are processed within 2 business days whenever possible. Personalized orders will ship within a week as long as we have no questions about your order. If there is a delay in shipping your order we will contact you as soon as possible. We ship using USPS and are not responsible for any damages or misplaced items. Once your package is shipped we can no longer be held responsible. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS if a package is damaged or lost.
